| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超联合腹腔镜在宫内节育器(IUD)异位诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾我院自1996年7月至2005年12月使用B超联合腹腔镜对16例IUD异位进行诊断,并在腹腔镜下取出IUD。结果16例患者中15例经B超检查明确诊断为I-UD异位,所有患者均在腹腔镜下一次取出,其中3例腹腔镜术中同时进行B超实时监测。无术中、术后并发症的发生。结论B超联合腹腔镜诊治IUD异位具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种集检查、诊断和手术治疗为一体的微创性诊治方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound and laparoscope in the management of IUD dystopy. Methods Sixteen cases of IUD dystopy during July,1996 to December,2005 examined with ultrasound and extracted under laparoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 16 cases of IUD dystopy,15 cases were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound and treated successfully with laparoscope,and 3 cases were treated under the guidance of ultrasound. No complication was found during and post operation. Conclusion The combination of ultrasound and laparoscope is a minimally invasive method in the management of IUD dystopy. |
