慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合性治疗的观察

目的研究综合性治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）的相关情况,为临床实践提供参考。方法将126例COPD患者随机分为两组,观察组治疗包括：药物治疗、运动锻炼、咳嗽和排痰、氧疗、食疗、健康教育;对照组仅为药物治疗。分析治疗后的疗效,比较治疗前后的血气分析、运动功能和肺功能测定结果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为84.8%,高于对照组的58.7%（P〈0.01）;治疗后观察组PaCO2、PaO2、6mim步行试验结果、FEV1、FEV1/FVC和FEV1%等均优于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论综合性治疗COPD疗效确切,治愈率较高,具有较好改善患者运动功能和肺功能的效果。

The observation of comprehensive therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study comprehensive therapy on COPD for the relevant clinical practice.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with COPD undergoing comprehensive therapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,comprehensive group received such treatment as drug therapy,exercise therapy,cough and expectoration therapy,oxygen therapy,diet therapy and health education,while control group received only drug therapy.The curative effect after the treatment was analyzed,blood gas analysis,motor function and pulmonary function test results of the patients before and after the treatment were conducted.Results The total efficiency of the comprehensive group on COPD was 84.8% versus 58.7% of the control group.There were significant differences on partial pressure of carbon dioxide,oxygen partial pressure,6-minute walk test results,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% of the two groups of patients between before and after the treatment（P0.01）,there were significant differences on partial pressure of carbon dioxide,oxygen partial pressure,6-minute walk test results,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% after the treatment between the two groups of patients（P0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive therapy on COPD is effective to improve motor function and pulmonary function with good curative effect and high cure rate.
