中老年原发性高血压与高尿酸血症的相关研究

目的:观察正常中老年人群和不同分期原发性高血压患者高尿酸血症的发生率,探讨其临床意义。方法:测定128例不同分级的中老年原发性高血压患者的血尿酸水平并与正常对照组(78例)的检测结果进行比较。结果:中老年原发性高血压者高尿酸血症发生率23.46%,高于中老年正常人群(P<0.05),男、女患者无性别差异。II、II、II级高血压者的高尿酸血症发生率分别为20.38%2、1.57%3、7.5%,III级高血压患者的血清尿酸均值及高尿酸血症发生率均显著高于I级和II级(均P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症与中老年原发性高血压的临床分期密切相关,中老年原发性高血压患者高尿酸血症发生率明显高于正常人群。

Relations Research on the Hyperpiesia of the Middle and Old People and High Lithemia of the Blood

Objective:To observe the normal group of middle and old-aged people and recordings the highly lithemic of the blood incidence of hyperpietics at different stages,and probe into its clinical significant.Methods: The level of lithemia of the blood for 128 middle and old-aged hyperpietics at different stages were measured and the results were compared with that of 78 normal people.Results:The highly lithemic incidence of the middle and old-aged hyperpietics was 23.4%,higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05),there was no sex difference between male and female patients.The respective highly lithemic incidence for level I,level II,level III hyperpietics was 20.38%,21.5% and 37.5% separately.Both the average scale of lithemia in serum and highly lithemic incidence for level III hyperpietics are higher than those of level I and level II hyperpietics(P<0.05).Conclusion:High lithemia has a close relation with the clinical stages of hyperpiesia of the middle and old people,the highly lithemic incidence of the middle and old-aged hyperpietics is apparently higher than that of the normal people.
