上海市杨浦区常见风湿性疾病的流行病学调查

目的调查上海地区强直性脊柱炎(AS)、类风湿关节炎(RA)和痛风等风湿性疾病的流行情况。方法按照统一制定的表格，对上海市杨浦区6584例成人(≥16岁)进行问卷调查，对回答阳性者进行体检和相应的辅助检查。结果一般风湿性症状以膝、腰、肩、颈4处常见。女性各部位的症状频率均显著高于男性。有风湿病症状的总共为13.3％。AS患者8例，RA患者31例，痛风患者22例。还发现系统性红斑狼疮2例、皮肌炎1例和硬皮病1例。结论上海市杨浦区AS的患病率低于汕头、北京，与黑龙江地区相近；RA的患病率与汕头、北京、山东的调查结果相近；痛风的患病率略高于汕头地区。

Prevalence of rheumatic diseases in Shanghai

Objective To determine the prevalence of ankylosing spondylitis(AS),rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and gout in Shanghai.Method The same questionnaire was administered to each subject surveyed.Physical examinations,detection of serum rheumatoid factor,antinuclear antibody and uric acid.Result Among the 6584 adults,women complained of general rheumatic pain more frequent than men.The standardized frequencies of knee problems,lumbar problems,shoulder problems,and cervical problems were respectively.The incidence of any general rheumatic pain amounted to 13.3％ .Only 8 cases of AS,who were all males,were identified.Thirty-one cases of RA were identified.Standardized incidence of RA was 0.28％ .20 men and 2 women were diagnosed as gout.Only 2 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus,one case of dematomyositis,and one case of systemic sclerosis were found.Conclusion The prevalence of RA in Shanghai is similar to that in Shantou,Beijing and Shandong,while the prevalence of AS in Shanghai is lower than that in Shantou,Beijing.The prevalence of gout in Shanghai is slightly higher than that in Shantou.
