| 摘 要： | 目的:研究冠心病(CHD)患者血清尿酸(UA)、高敏C反应蛋白(CRP)及纤维蛋白原(FBG)水平变化及它们之间的关系。方法:分别采用比浊法、终点法测定200例不同类型的CHD患者(稳定型心绞痛(SAP)31例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)56例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)113例)以及70例正常患者(对照组)血清UA、CRP及FBG含量。结果:CHD患者组UA(479.84±99.97)μmol/L]、CRP(16.49±4.27)mg/L]和FBG(4.76±0.94)g/L]含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CHD患者组中血清UA、CRP及FBG的浓度均以AMI组增高最为显著;CRP同FBG呈正相关(r=0.789,P<0.01)。结论:血清UA、CRP及FBG同CHD关系密切,CRP同FBG呈正相关。
