| 摘 要： | 目的:了解本地区嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌分布情况及对16种抗生素耐药性分析。方法:采用常规方法对各科室送检的标本进行细菌分离、培养、鉴定及药敏试验。结果:39株嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌对氨曲南、亚胺培南、妥布霉素100%耐药;对头孢类耐药率较高;作为有效地抗生素,其耐药率分别为:多西环素12.8%、复方新诺明15.4%,替卡西林/克拉维酸30.8%。结论:说明嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌的耐药情况相当严重,临床应根据药敏结果合理选择抗菌药物。
