农十三师十年改水效果评价

目的:对农十三师十年改水效果进行分析评价。方法:依据兵团生活饮用水实施调查方案,选择有代表性水样,按照国家标准GB/T5750.1～5750.13-2006和GB5749-2006标准按《农村实施〈生活饮用水卫生标准〉准则》进行进行水质检验和卫生等级评价。结果:通过十年改水工程,改水受益率达到92%,100%饮用水达到国家二级安全用水卫生标准,改水受益人口增长率与介水肠道传染病发病率二者之间呈负相关。结论:通过十年改水,饮用水卫生状况得到很大提高,改水受益率逐步提高,改水前后饮水水源类型和水质等级有极大改善,同时介水肠道传染病发病率逐年呈现明显下降趋势,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,十年改水效果显著。
