872株临床常见病原菌分布及其耐药性

目的:研究医院临床常见病原菌分布特点及其对常用抗生素的耐药性。方法:采集临床标本分离致病菌,用V itek-32全自动微生物分析仪及纸片扩散法对分离菌进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果:共分离到872株致病菌,以大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌为多见,其中金黄色葡萄球菌对临床多种常用抗生素耐药率超过80%,但是全部革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素敏感。革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、头孢唑啉和庆大霉素等耐药率较高。结论:湖州的致病细菌耐药现象严重。

Distribution and antibiotics resistance of 872 clinical pyogenic bacteria

Objective:To research distribution of common bacteria in hospital and to detect their resistence of antibiotics.Methods: The identification of bacteria and bacteria susceptibility test were performing automatic bio analysis-Vitek-32 and Kirby-Bauer method.Results: There were 872 strains was isolated,the common organisms were Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,and Klebsiella pneumoniae.The resistance to common antibiotics of Staphylococcus aureus was more than 80%.But Vancomycin wa...
