2010年苏州市高血压现状之调查分析

目的:通过苏州市居民高血压现状的调查,掌握2010年苏州市民高血压现状,考察慢病工作的防治效果,以便及时调整下一个5年计划。方法:由苏州市疾控中心编写问卷,社区医生入户调查,和调查对象面对面询问,填写表格并进行高血压测量,结果汇总到疾控中心,经整理后采用2χ检验分析数据。结果:苏州市民高血压患病率和超标率都相当高,并且随着年龄的增长而上升,城乡居民的高血压患病率有显著差异,男性高血压现患率高于女性,总体控制率还不足一半。结论:苏州虽然对高血压的管理工作已有一定成效,但形势仍不容乐观,应加强对高血压的管理,加大力度宣传高血压的预防,从而降低高血压的超标率,提高高血压的控制率。
