| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胎膜早破与生殖道感染及不良妊娠结局的关系。方法:选择胎膜早破产妇292例(早破组)及同期住院无胎膜早破分娩产妇200例(对照组),对两组进行生殖道病原微生物检测,同时观察分析两组不良妊娠结局。结果:早破组细菌性阴道病、衣原体感染及念珠菌感染阳性率与对照组各项均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);早破组围产儿的早产率与对照组存在高度显著性差异(P<0.01),同时早破组围产儿的感染率与对照组也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胎膜早破与生殖道感染密切相关,应重视孕期生殖道病原微生物检测,对生殖道感染者进行及时有效的治疗,预防和减少不良妊娠结局的发生。
