| 摘 要： | 目的:对广东口岸水果和果汁中进行了三氯新残留的检测与分析。方法:本研究建立了用固相萃取手段提取、净化水果中的二恶英类似物三氯新,用LC/MS/MS技术进行定性定量分析的测定方法。结果:方法大大降低检测低限、回收率好、效率高。结论:评估了三氯新在水果和果汁中的风险。
