丽水市部分体检人群血脂水平和动脉硬化指数调查分析

目的:通过调查丽水市部分参加健康体检人群的血脂水平、动脉硬化指数(AIP)及血脂异常的流行情况,为心脑血管病的防治提供参考。方法:分析2009年1563例丽水市部分体检人群血脂四项检测数据和AIP。血脂异常根据中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2007年)判定。结果:全组人群高血脂检出率与年龄增高不呈正比关系,男性AIP水平明显高于女性,男性高胆固醇、高甘油三酯检出率以40岁~49岁组最高(12.8%、58.0%);女性高胆固醇及高甘油三酯检出率50岁以上检出率较高。体检结果显示,丽水市部分人群的血脂水平异常率较高。结论:定期健康体检,加强体育锻炼,提倡健康生活方式,控制血脂水平,降低心脑血管病的发生率。
