| 摘 要： | 目的:分析急性农药中毒情况,以拟定有效管理措施,控制与降低急性农药中毒的发生。方法:通过中国疾病预防控制信息报告网络平台,选取健康危害因素监测系统职业卫生子系统中杭州市14个区、县(市)2007年-2009年农药中毒报告卡,并用EXCEL进行统计分析。结果:①2007年-2009年杭州市累计上报农药中毒总数2551例,死亡204例,病死率7.99%,其中非生产性农药中毒2227例,占中毒比例87.29%。②生产性农药中毒男性高于女性,男、女性别比例1∶0.38;非生产性农药中毒女性高于男性,男、女性比例1∶1.33。③杀虫剂是引起农药中毒的主要毒物,中毒例数为2127例,占总中毒例数的83.38%,其中又以有机磷农药中毒为主。④中毒地区以郊县农村为主,中毒2355例,占总数的92.32%。⑤生产性农药中毒季节性明显,以三季度最高,占35.20%。结论:杭州市郊县农村农药中毒情况严重,应积极采取并落实有效的控制措施。
