细菌对苯噻唑力复霉素的耐药性与细菌膜屏障的关系

摘    要:用EDTA处理对苯噻唑力复霉素耐药的大肠杆菌后,[~3H]-苯噻唑力复霉素掺入菌体的量增加,耐药菌对该药的敏感性提高,苯噻唑力复霉素抑制[~3H]-尿嘧啶核苷掺入菌体的作用增强。金色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的敏感菌株掺入[~3H]-苯噻唑力复霉素的量均明显高于耐药菌株。提示细菌对苯噻唑力复霉素的耐药性与细菌对该药的通透性下降有关。

Abstract:The relation between resistance of or-ganisms to benzothiazole-rifamycin andmembrane barrier of cells was studied.Theexperiments indicated that the cellls of re-sistant strains of E. coli became susceptibleto benzothiazole-rifamycin after treatmentwith EDTA. The incorporation of [3~H]-uridine was inhibited by benzothiazolerifamycin and the incorporation of [~3H] -benzothiazole-rifamycin increased significantly in EDTA-treated resistant strainsof E.coli.The amount of[~3H]-benzothiazole-rifamycin incorporated into cells of susce-ptible and resistant strains of E. coli andS. aureus was compared. The amount of[~3H] -benzothiazole-rifamycin incorporatedinto cells of susceptible strains wasmuch higher than the resistant strains.These results show that there is a goodcorrelation between resistance of organismsto benzothiazole-rifamycin and a decreasein permeability of cell membrane to thedrug.
