摘    要:目的:探讨强化健康教育对提高高脂血症患者的管理效果。方法:选取五里桥街道社区卫生服务中心2012年2月-2013年1月门诊新发现的高脂血症患者88例,随机分为强化健康教育组46例和常规门诊组42例,强化健康教育组采用门诊细化的健康教育方法,常规门诊组实施常规诊治。干预1年后,比较两组患者的血脂达标和服药依从性。结果:经过干预后,强化健康教育组患者的血脂水平显著下降,服药依从性高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化健康教育能改善高脂血症患者的治疗依从性,促进患者血脂控制和生活行为方式改变。

Abstract:Objective: To explore strengthening health education to improve the management of patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods:Eighty-eight cases of patients with hyperlipidemia newly discovered in the outpatient departments were selected in Wuliqiao Street Community Health Center from February 2012 to January 2013 and they were randomly divided to the strengthening health education group of 46 cases and the routine outpatient group of 42 cases. The strengthening health education group adopted the outpatient health education refinement. The routine outpatient group received the conventional diagnose and treatment management. After six months of intervention, blood lipids and medication compliance were compared in two groups. Results:After intervention, the levels of blood lipids of the strengthening health education group were signiifcantly decreased, and medication compliance rose. The differences had statistically significance. Conclusion: Strengthening health education can improve the treatment compliance of patients with hyperlipidemia and promote the patients to control blood lipids and change their life behaviors.
