类风湿关节炎中医证候频数统计分析

目的:拟以进行相关频数统计分析以探讨类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)中医证候及相关规律性。方法:检索2002年1月至2007年10月有关RA证候、辨证相关的文献共231篇,然后运用频数分析对证候进行统计。结果:近五年RA中医辨证大致分为24种证候,其中虚、寒、湿、热、瘀、痰证为常见证候。八纲辨证中,虚实夹杂证频数最高。脏腑辨证中,肾虚精亏频数最高,其次为肝肾亏、肝气郁结、脾气亏虚等证,其中肺气亏虚频数最低。气血津液辨证中,血瘀阻络证的频数最高。结论:频数统计分析提示虚实夹杂证是RA病因的实质,本病发病与肾、肝密切相关,可累及脾、胃、肺、心等多个脏腑。寒热辨证在尪痹(RA)证候分类中起纲领性的作用。同时,痹治疗过程中需勿忘活血通络。

Frequency statistic analysis about the syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis
