小儿空肠弯曲菌肠炎的流行特征及血清型分布的研究

摘    要:本文在对小儿空肠弯曲菌肠炎进行全年流行情况和临床观察的基础上,采用Penner法对菌株分型,以初步了解其流行动态和成都地区流行株的全年血清型分布情况。1984年7月至1985年6月,1017例急性腹泻患儿粪便培养出空肠弯曲菌者116例,阳性率为11.41%;健康儿305例,检出3例,阳性率0.98%。1~5岁最易罹患,男女患病率无明显差异。夏季为发病高峰。采用Penner法作血清分型定型率为73%,说明Penner法也适用于我国,但尚有不能分型的菌株存在。全年主要流行株血清型为3、21和45型。流行株有时间集中现象,说明空肠弯曲菌感染存在流行性趋势,在流行病学上应引起高度重视。

Abstract:This paper prelimanary described the epidemic kinetics and sero-type distribution in Chengdu in a full year on the basis of the epidemiological and clinical observation of Campylobacter jejuni enteritis in children by using the passive hemagglutination technique of Penner. From July, 1984 to June 1985, 116 strains of C. jejuni were isolated from 1017 patients with diarrhea (11.41%), and 3 from 305 healthy children (0.98%) respectively (P<0.005). The highest positive rate was in the 1 to 5 year group. There was no distinct sex difference between boys and girls. The peak of the incidence for C. jejuni enteritis was in summer. 87 of 122 were serotypable by using the passive hemagglutination technique (73%). It shows that the serotyping scheme of Penner is applicable in China, but some isolates still could not been differentiated. The most common serotypes in Chengdu this year are 21, 3, 45. The strains isolated were concentrated in some months this phenomenom.
