成都市小学生食品安全知识、态度、行为调查

目的了解成都市小学生食品安全知、信、行,为下一步开展积极的健康教育提供参考。方法按照整群抽样的原则,抽取成都市农村小学和城市小学各5所共计1301名学生进行问卷调查。结果成都市小学生食品安全知识知晓率为53.3%,卫生行为正确率为70.7%;87%的小学生表示愿意改变不良卫生习惯;学生获得食品安全知识的主要途径是家庭和学校;农村小学生与城市小学生在食品安全知识的掌握和良好卫生行为形成方面比较均较低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论成都市小学生食品安全知识知晓率和卫生行为正确率均较低,应当进一步加强对小学生的食品安全知识健康教育。

Survey of Knowledge, Attitude and Practice About Food Safety Among Primary School Students in Chengdu

Objective To explore the current status of the knowledge,attitude and practice about food safety among the primary school students in Chengdu,provide evidence for the health education among them.Methods A total of 1 301 students in 10 schools in rural and urban areas in Chengdu were recruited by cluster random sampling to conduct questionnaire survey.Results The awareness rate of food safety related knowledge was 53.3%,the health behavior rate was 70.7%;87% of the primary students would like to get rid of their unhealthy habits.The students learnt about the knowledge about food safety mainly from family members and school course;the awareness rate of knowledge about food safety and health behavior rate among the students in rural area were lower than that among the students in urban area.Conclusion Both the awareness rate of food safety and the health behavior rate were low among primary school students in Chengdu.it is necessary to strengthen the health education about food safety among them.
