肺康血管活性作用机理初步探讨

目的：观察肾上腺素能受体阻断剂合用中药肺康对麻醉犬血流动力学影响及肺康对血气的影响。方法：麻醉犬用心导管的方法应用八导生理记录仪观察两种药物的相互拮抗作用，并测定动脉血气水平。结果：肺康能够拮抗肾上腺素能受体阻断剂减低心肌收缩力和降压作用，但是不能拮抗心得安减慢心率作用。在呼吸机限制潮气量的情况下，应用肺康后动脉血血氧分压和血氧饱和度降低。结论：肺康的血管活性作用并非通过兴奋肾上腺素能受体引起，肺康可以增加肺血流量。

A preliminary studies on mechanism of Chinese-herb Feikang (肺康) as blood vessel activator

Objective: To observe the effect of a kind of Chinese herb-Feikang (CHF) on hemodynamics of anaesthetised dogs and the effect of it on blood gas. Methods: 36 dogs were divided into 6 groups, the antagonism influence of two drugs were recorded using 8-channel physiological recorder by meanes of canal instrument at different time points,and arterial blood gas level were measured. Results: The decreased contractality of heart and the decreased blood pressure induced by adrenergic receptors blockors were most effectively antagonized by Feikang,however the atenuated heart rate by propranolol could not be reversed. Feikang can induce the decline of PaO 2 and SaO 2 while the ventilation was limited by using respirator. Conclusion: The action of Feikang on blood vessel was not produced by the activation of adrenergic receptors.and it could increase pulmonary blood flow.
