Notch信号通路在白血病发生及血管新生中的作用

许多肿瘤的发生发展均与Notch受体表达异常有关,在不同组织中肿瘤发展的不同阶段,乃至同一系统肿瘤中不同Notch受体的作用可能不同,甚至相反。Notch信号通路在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及肿瘤血管新生中起重要作用,是许多重要细胞信号通路的交汇点。血管发生依赖多种促进血管发生因子和抑制血管发生因子的交互作用。血管内皮生长因子和Notch信号传递途径参与了此过程。既往的研究已证实,Notch信号传递途径在胚胎发育和肿瘤血管发生中扮演重要角色。最近研究还发现,Notch信号通路中有许多潜在的药物靶点,在深入研究Notch信号转导通路及其与白血病发病分子机制的基础上,针对这些靶点设计相关药物以阻断或者活化Notch信号,进行白血病及血管新生性疾病的治疗有广阔的应用前景。本文就Notch信号通路的组成;Notch信号通路在白血病发病及血管新生中的作用进行综述。
