| 摘 要： | 目的：了解泌尿生殖系支原体感染及耐药性的现状。方法：采用法国梅里埃IST试剂盒对1087例泌尿生殖系感染患者标本进行支原体培养及药敏试验。结果1087例标本中支原体培养阳性352例（32．4％），并对抗生素具有耐药性，其中对交沙霉素和普那霉素耐药率较低，其次为强力霉素和氧氟沙星；对红霉素耐药率较高，结论支原体是泌尿生殖系感染的重要病原体，对多种抗生素具有耐药性，治疗应参考培养及药敏结果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study mycoplasma infection and its drug resistance in urinary and genital system. Methods Mycoplasma cultures and drug sensitive tests with the use of the France bioMerieux IST kit were conducted in 1 087 cases of urogenital infection. Results It was found that 32.4% of the cases(352/1087)were opsitive in the mycoplasma culture,which revealed resistance to several antibiotics to some extent. Conclusions Mycoplasma is an important pathologenic agent of the infection in the urinary and genital system.Clinical pharmacotherapy should depend on the result of the mycoplasma culture and its drug sensitivity. |
