摘    要:目的:了解现行医疗卫生体制下医院医患沟通情况。方法:从我市某三级医院医务处,收集该院2006-2009年《医患纠纷案件年度汇总资料》,并进行医患纠纷案例分类整理。结果:2006-2009年间该院近三分之一的医患纠纷与医患沟通效果不佳有关,且临床相关性医患沟通效果不佳(包括诊疗方案未解释或解释不清、预后情况未告知等)占总医患沟通效果不佳案例数量的95.2%,非临床相关性医患沟通效果不佳(包括说活态度欠佳、语言表达模糊等)占总医患沟通效果不佳案例数量的4.8%。结论:临床相关性医患沟通效果不佳是医患沟通效果不佳最重要的原因,应予以重视。

Abstract:The purpose of the authors is to learn about the doctor-patient communication in the medical and health system of hospitals.They collected 2006-2009 Annual Summary Data on the Cases of Doctor-patient Disputes in a certain hospital of third level in Xuzhou,sorted and collated the cases of doctor-patient disputes.In 2006-2009,there were one third of the doctor-patient disputes which were connected with poor doctor-patient communication and clinical poor doctor-patient communication.The latter accounts for 95.2% of all the cases of poor doctor-patient communications while the non-clinical poor doctor-patient communication accounts for 4.8%.The bad clinical doctor-patient communication is the main reason for the poor doctor-patient communication,which should be paid great attention to.
