| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期肠内营养对胃癌术后肠功能的影响。方法将90例胃癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,观察组采用术后早期肠内营养支持,对照组给予常规营养方式,比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果观察组术后肠功能恢复情况要优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持可有效促进术后肠功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective Early postoperative enteral nutrition on gastric intestinal function.Methods 90 cases with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group,46 cases of combination of the observation group of early postoperative enteral nutrition with the control group received conventional nutritional approach to compare the postoperative recovery.Results The postoperative recovery of bowel function is better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early postoperative gastric enteral nutrition can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal function after surgery. |
