| 摘 要： | 观察了疗毒丸对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明,疔毒丸及其主要成分巴豆霜对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性有明显的抑制作用。从而提示临床上使用疔毒丸时,不可忽视它可能抑制免疫功能的副作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of on phagocytosis activity was observated in abdominal macrophage of mice. This study demonstrated that Dingduwan and its main component defatted croton seed pow- der can inhibit the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophage in mice.It indicates that Ding- duwan might produce a side-effect of inhibiting immunologic function when used for clinical treatment. |
