| 摘 要： | 在大剂量程序化疗中使用左旋门冬酰胺酶（Ｌ Ａｓｐａｓｅ） 共２９０ 例次，并发急性胰腺炎（ＡＰ）１ 例，观察表明使用Ｌ Ａｓｐａｓｅ 引起的ＡＰ与药物的剂量、累积负荷量及疗程无明显相关关系，而与个体体质反应差异有关；大剂量程序化疗中Ｌ ＡｓＰａｓｅ 使用具较高安全性；ＡＰ的早期诊断应警惕胰腺内分泌功能先行受损所致的糖尿病表现。

| Abstract: | times of chemical therapy with high dose L Asparaginase were observed in 1991.Only one case was complicated by acute pancreatitis (AP).The results show AP induced L Aspase has no obvious relation with the dose,cumulative load volume,and course of therapy,but has relation with difference of individual diathesis;L Aspase is quite safe in high dose chemical therapy;early diagnosis of AP should notice the manifestation of diabetes should be noticed before impairment of the endocrine function of pancreas. |
