镍铬合金涂覆有机金浆后的电化学腐蚀研究

摘    要:目的 :研究镍铬合金表面涂覆有机金浆前后的电化学腐蚀性能的变化。方法 :电化学腐蚀法测试镍铬合金用有机金浆涂覆前后的腐蚀行为。结果 :经表面涂覆金膜处理的镍铬合金的自腐蚀电位明显高于未经表面处理的合金。结论 :经金浆涂层不同厚度处理的镍铬合金在口腔环境中的防腐蚀性较未经表面金浆涂层处理的镍铬合金明显提高。故镍铬合金表面涂覆有机金浆膜有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective: To measure the variation of corrosive resistance of Ni - Cr alloy before and after coated with gold film. Methods: The corrosive resistance of Ni - Cr alloy was tested by electrochemical method before and after coated with organic gold paste. Results: It was found that compared with Ni - Cr alloy without gold film, the self - corrosive electric potential of the Ni - Cr alloy with gold film was higher, and the thicker the gold film was, the higher the self - corrosive electric potential. Conclusion: The anti - corrosive property of the Ni - Cr alloy coated with organic gold paste is better than that without treated by organic gold paste within mouth.
