| 摘 要： | 目的探索临床应用种植体作为支抗矫正错(牙合)畸形.方法对Angle菌素Ⅱ类牙(牙合)畸形、无法常规使用磨牙作为支抗的病例,选用专用微型种植体作从上颌颊部颧牙槽嵴以及硬腭前份植入上颌骨,以此作为支抗矫正错(牙合)畸形,观察其可行性及疗效.结果对大部份病例都是极为有效的尝试.结论对AngleⅡ类牙(牙合)畸形的矫正使用种植体作为支抗是有效的、可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of application of implant as anchorage in correction of malocclu-sion.Methods:For those cases of Angle`s IImalocclusion,which could not use molar as the anchorage regular-ly,special miniimplant was imbedded into maxillary bone at zygomatic alveolar crest or anterior part of hard palate,which was applied as anchorage in correction of malocclusion,and then the feasibility and curative effect was observed.Results:The application of implant was effective for most cases.Conclusion:It is feasi-ble and effective to use implant as anchorage in correction of Angle`s II malocclusion. |
