| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨5-羟色胺1A受体激动剂丁螺环酮对脑卒中后小脑性共济失调症状的改善作用.方法：有共济失调症状的小脑卒中患者30例,采用世界神经病联合会国际合作共济失调量表（ICARS）评分法评估,观察13周,对丁螺环酮治疗组与康复训练组进行比较.结果：添加丁螺环酮治疗的患者在步态、肢体共济失调、眼球运动和构音障碍方面与康复训练组比较有明显改善（P〈0.05）.结论：丁螺环酮在短期内可有效改善脑卒中后小脑共济失调症状.

| Abstract: | Aim. To observe the positive effect of buspirone, 5-HTIA agonis on the treatment of post-stroke cerebellar ataxia. Methods： By the method of Scale Assessment Scoring of the World Federation of Neurology International Cooperation Ataxia, 30 ataxia symptoms of stroke patients were observed for 13 weeks, and the rehabilitation training group was compared with the buspirone add-on therapy. Results： Compared with the rehabilitation training group, the buspirone add-on treatment group got more significant improvement of gait, limb ataxia, eye movement and dysarthria than the rehabilitation training group did. Conclusion： The treatment added with buspirone can improve the post-stroke cerebellar ataxia in short term. |
