颈椎病终板软骨组织中血管内皮生长因子和缺氧诱导因子-1α表达的相关性

摘    要:目的 探讨颈椎病软骨终板组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测25例颈椎病患者和20例颈椎外伤患者终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α的表达,并且对颈椎病患者终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达进行相关性分析。结果 颈椎病终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α阳性表达率分别为28%±12%和39%±17%,颈椎外伤对照组VEGF及HIF-1α阳性表达率分别为43%±14%和63%±11%;终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达均低于对照组(P<0.05);相关分析显示,颈椎病终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达存在负相关性(r=0.86,p<0.05)。结论 颈椎病终板软骨组织中VEGF和HIF-1α表达明显减少, HIF-1α对调节VEGF的表达起到关键性作用。

The correlation analysis between VEGF and HIF-1α in vertebral cartilage endplate of cervical spondylosis patients
Abstract:[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and hypoxia inducible factor(HIF-1α) in endplate cartilage of cervical spondylosis. Methods SP immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in 25 cases of cervical spondylosis’s endplate cartilage and 20 cervical injury endplate cartilage are controls. The expression of VEGF and HIF-1α data from experiment groups were correlatively analyzed. Results The positive rates of VEGF and HIF-1α were 28%±12% and 39%±17% in degeneration of endplate cartilage tissues, while 43%±14% and 63%±11% in the controls, and significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that vertebral cartilage endplate express VEGF were highly correlated with expression of HIF-1α. Conclusions The expression of VEGF and HIF-1α was significantly decreased in cervical spondylosis’s endplate cartilage tissues. HIF-1α may play a key role to regulate VEGF express of endplate cartilage.
