开展护患沟通的实践

摘    要:目的了解和探讨开展护患沟通实践的效果。方法通过制度规范,培训提高和考评考核,把护患沟通列入护理工作常规认真贯彻执行。结果医院的服务形象和声誉得到提升,病人对医护人员的信任度和医院服务的满意度明显提高,护患纠纷和医疗投诉大大减少,医院门诊与住院人次分别提高了66.7%与114.3%。结论实施护患沟通,使患者和医护人员建立了互信,患者充分配合治疗,对构建和谐护患关系起到了重要的作用。
