| Abstract: | The hemodynamic data were analysed and endomyocardial tissue were examined in 22 patients with chnonic viral myocarditis(VMC).The results showed that the patients with VMC had the abnormal hemodynamic changes (such as the reduction of EF and CI,abnormai PEP/LVET)and that these hemodynamic changes had a good correlation with the myocardial fibrosis.These findings suggested that the myocardial fibrosis of VMC could cause the hemodynamic changes and heart failure. |
