单纯性肥胖伴慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、Leptin水平的研究

目的：研究单纯性肥胖伴慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液（GCF） IL-6、TNF-α和瘦素（Leptin）的表达水平.方法：纳入广西医科大学附属口腔医院牙周门诊和第一附属医院肥胖门诊确诊的单纯性肥胖伴慢性牙周炎28例,慢性牙周炎10例,通过ELISA检测患者龈沟液中IL-6、TNF-α和Leptin水平,记录牙周临床指标探诊深度（PD）、临床附着丧失（CAL）和体质指数（BMI）.结果：单纯性肥胖伴慢性牙周炎组IL-6、TNF-α和Leptin水平均高于慢性牙周炎组（P＜0.05）; PD和CAL分别与龈沟液中IL-6和TNF-α水平呈正相关（P＜0.01）;BMI与Leptin水平呈正相关（P＜0.01）.结论：肥胖可能引起慢性牙周炎GCF中IL-6、TNF-α和Leptin水平的升高.

THE LEVELS OF INTERLEUKIN 6, TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR ALPHA AND LEPTIN IN GINGIVAL CREVICULAR FLUID IN OBESITY WITH CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS

Objective：To detect the levels of interleukin 6 （IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α） and leptin in gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） in obesity with chronic periodontitis.Methods：This study included 28 cases of obesity with chronic periodontitis and 10 cases of chronic periodontitis.The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and leptin in GCF were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Probing depth （PD）,clinical attachment loss （CAL） and body mass index （BMI） were recorded.Results：The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and leptin in obesity with chronic periodontitis group were higher than those in chronic periodontitis group.PD and CAL were positively correlated with IL-6 and TNF-α level in GCF.BMI was positively correlated with leptin concentration.Conclusion：Obesity may elevate the level of IL-6,TNF-α and leptin in chronic periodontitis.
