微量毒鼠强GC/PFPD和GC/MS/MS分析条件研究

摘    要:[目的]通过GC/PFPD、GC/MS/MS新技术的应用,建立快速测定可疑毒鼠强中毒患者呕吐物中的毒鼠强含量的方法。[方法]用选择性和灵敏度高的GC/PFPD、GC/MS/MS技术,对可疑样品进行快速鉴定。[结果]从6起可疑患者呕吐物中均检出毒鼠强成分。[结论]采用GC/PFPD技术定性和定量分析是检测毒鼠强一种快速灵敏、准确可靠的方法。

Abstract:To quickly identify the tetramine in vomit of suspect patient by gas chromatography, using pulsed flam photometric detector and ion trap tandem mass spectra (GC/PFPD and GC/MS/MS) The suspected samples were identified by the GC/PFPD and GC/MS/MS technique with high selection, sensitivity and specificity The tetramine in 6 vomit samples from suspect patients were positive totally with GC/PFPD technique The GC/PFPD technique is a rapid and exact method with high sensitivity and specificity to determine tetramine
