痛风灵微丸处方药物组合优化的步骤与方法

摘    要:目的:对治疗痛风病疗效确切的院内制剂痛风灵微丸的处方结构进行优化研究,为其临床前研究提供疗效可靠的优化处方,探索中药复方定量优化方法。方法:运用均匀设计改良法,以特异的药效学指标为评价指标,进行处方最佳配伍和最佳剂量配比的研究。结果:以均匀设计法得出痛风灵微丸的最佳配伍和最佳剂量配比的处方值。结论:该实验研究将拆方分析方法与最佳剂量配比研究结合起来,得到了比实践少1味药物的结论,并推荐其用于新药开发研究。
