Bcl-2和CD44v6在甲状腺髓样癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨中bcl-2和CD44v6蛋白在甲状腺髓样癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化,SP法检18例甲状腺髓样癌中bcl-2和CD44v6蛋白的表达。结果18例甲状腺髓样癌中bcl-2和CD44v6蛋白的阳性表达率分别为100%和56%。伴有颈部淋巴结转移髓样癌CD44v6阳性例数（7/10）多于无转移髓样癌（3/8）,而bcl-2有无颈部淋巴结转移均呈阳性表达,癌旁甲状腺组织阴性。结论bcl-2在甲状腺髓样癌中高表达,可作为甲状腺髓样癌的标记物之一;CD44v6蛋白过表达与颈部淋巴结转移相关,对诊断和预后判断有一定参考价值。

The expression of bcl-2 and CD44v6 in medullary thyroid carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of bcl-2 and CD44v6 in the medullary thyroid carcinoma （MTC）. Methods The expression of bcl-2 and CD44v6 18 cases of MTC were examined using SP mmunohistochemical method Results The positive expression of bcl-2 and CD44v6 protein was 100% and 56%, respectively. The positive expression cases of CD44v6 with the lymph node micrometastasis more than that without lymph node micrometastasis in the medullary thyroid carcinoma, and positive expression of CD44v6 was stronger with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node micrometastasis in the medullary thyroid carcinoma, the positive expression of bcl-2 with lymph node metastasis as same as those without lymph node micrometastasis in MTC. Conclusions The results suggest that bcl-2 may be one of markers in the medullary thyroid carcinoma and CD44v6 protein overexpression correlation to the lymph node metastasis in the MTC.
