同伴辅导辅助教学方法在基础护理技能教学中的应用

摘    要:通过在大专层次的护理技能教学中实施同伴辅导教学方法,探讨该方法应用于大专层次学生的适应性。结果显示,在基础护理技能教学中,采取同伴辅导辅助教学方法可以较好地达到教学目标,培养学生团结合作的精神,提高学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、人际沟通能力,以及社会适应能力。护理技能教学中采用同伴辅导辅助教学方法也要依赖于教师的周密组织和指导。

Abstract:Peer tutoring was used in the teaching of Basic Nursing Skills of junior college level,in order to demonstrate that the teaching method was suitable for the modern nursing educational pattern and benefited students of college diploma. In the teaching of Basic Nursing Skills,peer tutoring helped the teachers to achieve teaching goal and enhanced students' cooperation,study enthusiasm,learning abilities,communication skills and social adaptabilities. Application of peer tutoring in the teaching of Basic Nursing Skills depended on the arrangement and guide from the teachers.
