杞黄健脑胶囊对血管性痴呆患者高同型半胱氨酸血症的影响

目的探讨血管性痴呆(VD)病人血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化及杞黄健脑胶囊干预治疗对VD病人血浆Hcy水平的影响。方法将VD患者63例,随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(30例),两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组加服杞黄健脑胶囊,对照组加用杞黄健脑胶囊模拟胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血浆HCY水平及简易智能量表(mini mental state examination,MMSE)、中医证候评分(采用2000年中国中医药学会内科分会延缓衰老委员会制定的VD中医辨证量表,SDSVD)的变化。结果杞黄健脑胶囊能显著降低患者血浆HCY水平(P<0.05),提高MMSE评分,改善中医证候。结论杞黄健脑胶囊可有效调节VD患者血浆HCY水平,提高VD患者的认知能力,改善中医症候。

Effect of Qihuangjiannao Capsule on hyperhomocysteinemia in vascular dementia patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Qihuangjiannao Capsule on hyperhomocysteinemia（HCY） in patients with vascular dementia.METHODS Sixty-three patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into two groups,the 33 patient s in the t reated group and the 30 in the control group.Basal treatment were given to both groups,besides,Qihuangjiannao Capsule was given to the treated group and imitative Capusule was given to the control group.The levels of plasma HCY,as well as the changes of mini mental state examination （MMSE） and SDSVD.Syndrome scoring were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS Qihuangjiannao Capsule could significantly decrease the levels of HCY（P0.05）,rise the MMSE scores,and ameliorate SDSVD.CONCLUSION Qihuangjiannao Capsule can effectively regulate the levels of HCY in vascular dementia patients,rise the MMSE scores,and ameliorate SDSVD Syndrome.
