| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针治疗海洛因依赖者戒断后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：60例海洛因依赖者经脱毒治疗后，尿检吗啡阴性，随机分为2组，即对照组和针刺组。于治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗3周，用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对患者进行评定。结果：治疗后针刺组在改善海洛因依赖者的抑郁方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：电针能较快改善海洛因依赖者的抑郁症状和情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effect on treatment of depression by electro-acupuncture （EA） in heroin addicts after withdrawal. Methods： Sixty cases of heroin addicts who had negative results tor urine morphine tests after detoxification were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups were treated with different methods and then assessed by Hamilton depression scale respectively before treatments, one week, two weeks and three weeks after treatments. Results： After treatment, acupuncture group is better than control group in improving the depression condition of heroin addicts （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： EA can rapidly improve depression condition of heroin addicts. |
