红景天苷对大鼠血液流变学和离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:目的:研究红景天苷对大鼠血液流变学及离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:用高分子右旋糖酐制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察其对血液流变学指标的影响;通过大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注实验,观察红景天苷对冠脉流量和心肌收缩力的影响。结果:红景天苷(6、12、24mg·kg^-1)能有效预防急性血瘀模型大鼠全血粘度(高、中、低切变率)、血浆粘度、红细胞压积以及纤维蛋白原含量的升高;红景天苷(1.6、2.0、2.5mg·L^-1)能明显增加缺血再灌注后大鼠离体心脏冠脉流量,增强心肌收缩力。结论:红景天苷能显著改善急性血瘀模型大鼠的血液流变学,对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:AIM:To study the effects of salidroside on hemo~eology and myocardial ischemic reperfusion iniury in isolated heart of rats.METHORDS:High-molecular weight dextran was used tO develop the model of acute blood stasis in rats,and the effects on hemorheology were observed.The effects of salidroside on the coronary blood flow and cardiac eontraetility of isolated rat heart were observed using ischemia/reperfusion model.RESULTS:Salidroside f6,12,24 mg.kg-1)can effectively prevent the increases of the whole blood viscosity(high.middle and low shear rates),plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen;Salidroside niflcantly.CONCLUSION:Salidroside Can improve hemorheology of rats in the acute blood stasis model.and it has protective effects on myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury in isolated rat heart.
