肢体容积描记对下肢静脉疾病的诊断意义

目的 探讨容积体积描记仪对下肢静脉疾病的诊断价值。方法 下肢静脉疾病患者36例（72）条肢体，其中浅静脉曲张24例、深静脉曲栓形成12例，另正常人14例（28条肢体），分别用光电体积描记（PPG）和肢体容积描记（PCR）、多普勒超声、下肢静脉造影检查。结果 PCR诊断急性深静脉血栓形成准确性100％，而对慢性血栓形成者准确性低于多普勒检查。结论 容积描记对于诊断急性深静脉血栓形成准确性较高；对于评估深静脉功能不全和深静脉血栓形成所致血流动力学变化及分析静脉倒流、静脉血栓、静脉高压对小腿肌肉泵的影响和损害，有进一步研究的价值。

Significance ofpneumoplethymography in lower extremity venous diseases

Objective To assess the significance of pheumoplethymography in lower extremity venous diseases.Methods 36 cases (72 extremities),including 24 cases of varicosity (PVV) and deep venous incompetence(DVI),and 12 cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT),together with 14 normal subjects were examined by pneumoplethysmography(PCR),photoplethysmography(PPG),venograph,and ultrasonic Doppler.Results The results indicated that the sensitivity of PCR examination of acute DVT was 100%,the specificity of chronic DVT was lower than Doppler and venography.Conclusions There was significant difference in segment venous capacitance (SVC) and maximum venous outflow(MVO) between several types diseases,especially in chronic DVT,DVI and PVV.It is suggested that PCR is an effective and non invasive technique in the evaluatioon of venous blood dynamics and pump function of calf with lesion.
