对社区超声专业医师理论水平提升的思考

摘    要:目的探索适合社区超声医师的理论教学方法和模式。对社区超声专业医师队伍的专业理论水平提升提出对策建议。方法对近年北京市社区医师超声专业岗位培训理论考试结果进行回顾分析。结果考试总及格率为67.8%。有关基本解剖,超声波的基本物理学知识,较复杂的临床病例题回答正确率较低。部分错误较为集中的题答对率低于20%。结论对社区超声医师岗位培训应注意提高基本理论水平,提高自我管理及学习能力,并不断加强社区师资力量。

Abstract:Objective To explore theory teaching methods and modes which are suitable for ultrasound physician in community. Put forward suggestions to enhance the capacity of professional theory of physician. Methods Analyze the results of the post training test of ultrasound physician in community. Results The pass rate of test is 67.8%. The accuracy of knowledge about basic physics and anatomy, as well as complicated clinical case is low. The correct rate of some questions is even less than 20%. Conclusion Post training to the ultrasound physician in community should focus on improving the theory level, self-management, strengthening the teacher's faculty.
