便携式血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测定血糖的比对分析

目的探讨临床科室便携式血糖仪与检验科全自动生化分析仪血糖检测结果的可比性，保证实验室间血糖结果的一致性。方法比对12台强生SureStep血糖仪（葡萄糖氧化酶法）和日立7080型生化分析仪（已糖激酶法）检测低、中、高水平50份血糖标本结果，分析各水平各血糖仪的偏差。结果12号血糖仪测定全血血糖结果偏差在极低水平（〈2．8mmol／L）均超出±0．83mm01／L范围，中、高水平（≥4．2mmol／L）标本检测结果，有4份相对偏差〉20％，判为不合格。其余11台血糖仪测定低水平（〈4．2mm01／L）血糖标本偏差介于-0．63-0．66mmol／L，中、高水平（≥4．2mmol／L）时，相对偏差为-16．2％～15．8％，且与全自动生化分析仪检测血浆结果有良好的相关性酽≥0.950）。结论便携式血糖仪检测与生化分析仪检测血糖结果一致性较好，检测结果可靠，但应做好便携血糖仪室内质控及每半年与检验科的比对。

Blood Glucose Test:A Comparison Study between Portable Glucometer and Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

Objective To verify the consistency of the blood glucose test results among laboratories, by performing the comparison study between the portable glucometers in the clinical departments and the automatic biochemical analyzer in the clinical laboratory. Methods The comparison of the blood glucose test results from 12 sets of Johnson SureStep glucometers（Glucose Oxidase Method） and Hitach 7080 automatic biochemical analyzer（Hexose Kinase Method） for 50 specimens of low, middle and high blood glucose levels was performed. The difference of each level from each glucometers was analyzed. Results The difference from No. 12 Johnson SureStep glucometer was out of the limit： ± 0.83mmol/L at the extremely low level of less than 2.8mmol/L; and the relative deviation was more than 20% for 4 specimens at middle and high levels（/〉 4.2mmol/L）, and it was deemed unacceptable. The difference from other 11 sets of Johnson SureStep glucometers fall in between -0.63mmol/L and 0.66mmol/L at low level（〈4.2mmol/L）, and the relative deviation were between -16.2% - 15.8% at middle and high levels（≥4.2mmol/L）, and they has good correlation with .the blood glucose test results by the Hitach 7080 automatic biochemical analyzer（r2≥0.950）. Conclusion There is good consistency between the blood glucose test results from the portable glucometers and the automatic biochemical analyzer. The test results are reliable; however the comparison should be performed biannually between the portable glucometers in various departments and the automatic biochemical analyzer in the clinical laboratory.
