| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同病人,不同手术方法的选择。方法采用单纯关节清理,关节清理并胫骨截骨,滑膜切除,关节清理并胫骨截骨,全膝关节表面置换。结果膝关节病手术17例患者,均行3个月~8年随访。症状均有不同程度的减轻,功能有明显改善。结论关节清理并截骨优于单纯关节清理术,全膝关节表面置换优于前者。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore different patients,different surgical method choice.Methods The pure joint cleaning,cleaning and tibial articular osteotomies,synovectomy,joint the cleaning and tibial cut bone,total knee replacement surface.Results The knee surgery in 17 cases of disease,all line 3 months to 8 years of follow-up.Symptoms are different degree of ease,function is improved obviously.Conclusion The cleaning and cut bone joint is better than pure joint clean technique;the total knee replacement surface is superior to the former. |
