| 摘 要： | 应用玻片法精子－宫颈粘液穿透试验检测３５０例不孕夫妇。结果显示，不孕夫妇穿透试验评分差和阴性者占６０％。３６例为各项检测正常，仅穿透试验评分差，占１０％。穿透试验评分优良的比率与精子活率、向前直线运动精子的比率以及女性血清抗精子抗体阳性的比率有关。

| Abstract: | The sperm-cervical mucus penetration test(SCMPT) with slide is one of the methods which determine infertile factors. Three hundred and fifty infertile couples were investigated.The results revealed: in 211 infertile couples(60%), SCMPT have been recognized poor; in 36couples(10%) only SCMPT is shown to be poor, and the other tests are good. There were significant correlations between SCMPT and the ratio of living sperm(p<0.01), and the ratio of alive move sperm(P<0.01)and female serum anti-sperm antibody(P<0.05). |
