肝内胆管结石的系统化治疗体会

目的：探讨肝内胆管结石的系统化治疗，方法：对本院1992年11月－1999年9月治疗肝内胆管结石82例的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果：行胆总管切开取石流术61例，肝左外叶切除12例，对左，右肝管或肝门部胆管切开整形，胆肠吻合9例，全部病例都进行术中或术中纤维胆道镜检查或取石，使术后肝内胆管结石的残石率降至1％，术后服中成药预防结石复发及定期复查。结论；对肝内胆管结石治疗应用多元化，系统化，个体化的治疗方案才能有效提高肝内胆管结石的治疗效果。

SYSTEMATIZED TREATMENT OF INTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCT STONE

Objective To study systematized treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stone.Methods Sums up the treatment experience of intrahepatic bile duct stone in 82 cases from 1992 to 1999.Results The choledochotomy and taking stone and T tube drainage is performed in 61 cases,the liver leaf outside the the left side to excises in 12 cases,the bile duct of left and right livers or liver ministry bile duct to incises and plastic or cholanggioenterostomy in 9 cases,whole cases are examined or taked stone with choledochofiberscopy in intraopration or postopration.The intrahepatic bile duct stone rudimental rate is 1% after treatment.Chinese traditional medicine should be taken to prevent stone recuring and regularly checks in postopration.Conclusion The treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stone should use the curing scheme of many unitizations and systematize and individualization,that can effectively raise the curing effect of intrahepatic bile duct stone.
