摘    要:目的 了解2012年深圳市龙岗区某街道8.5万人口部分血液检查指标的分布情况,为该辖区卫生工作重点的建立和正常人群医学参考值的制定提供依据.方法 通过与该街道各社区合作,将辖区人口以社区为单位的形式统一组织起来.现场抽取辖区到场人口空腹静脉抗凝全血5ml,统一送至该街道预防保健所检验科检验HBsAg、红细胞计数、白细胞计数等指标,结果用SPSS17.0分析.结果 样本红细胞计数的均数为4.638 0×1012个/L,标准差为0.410 61×1012个/L,且不同性别、年龄红细胞计数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);样本白细胞计数的均数为7.5803×109个/L,标准差为3.643 06×109个/L,且不同年龄段白细胞计数水平有统计学差异(P< 0.000 1); HBsAg总携带率为26.36人/万人,且不同年龄段携带专率不同,不同性别差异无统计学意义(P=0.250).结论 该街道全人群红细胞计数均数点估计为4.638 0×1012个/L,95%置信区间为(4.633 6,4.642382)×1012个/L;全人群白细胞计数均数点估计为7.580 3×109个/L,95%置信区间为(7.541 41,7.61919)×109个/L;0~17岁、31~77岁人群可能是该街道防控乙肝传播的重点人群.

Abstract:Objective To study some blood physiological and infective indexes on 85,000 people in a town,Long gang district,Shenzhen City,and to provide evidence for the health focus and medical reference of all the population.Methods We concentrated people in the town by communicating with residents' committees.5ml fresh blood was extracted from eyeryone,and then the indexes of HBsAg and RBC,WBC counts were detected in the local hospital.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results The mean of the sampling RBC count was 4.6380 × 1012/L,and the standard deviation was 0.41061 × 1012/L.No statistic identity was found in the mean of different gender-divided groups and different age-divided groups (P < 0.05).The mean of the sampling WBC count was 7.5803 × 109/L,and the standard deviation was 3.64306 × 109/L.No statistic identity was found in the mean of different age-divided groups(P < 0.0001).The prevalence of HBsAg was 26.36 per 10,000 people.No statistic difference was found in prevalence of different genderdivided groups (P=0.250),but prevalence of different age-divided groups was various.Conclusion The estimated mean of RBC count on the entire population was 4.6380 × 1012/L (95%CI:4.6336-4.642382 × 1012/ L),and the estimated mean of WBC count was 7.5803 × 109/L (95%CI:7.54141-7.61919 × 1 09/L).The group of 0-17 years old and 31-77 years old would be the key population of controlling H BsAg spreading.
