舒适护理在微量泵注药物治疗上消化道出血中的应用

目的 探讨舒适护理在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2012年5月至2013年5月我院收治的上消化道出血患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例.观察组在住院期间实施舒适护理,对照组只进行常规护理.分析两组患者的临床效果和满意度.结果 观察组平均出血次数、止血时间和住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 舒适护理能够改善上消化道出血的临床治疗效果,提高患者满意度,值得临床进一步推广.

Comfort care during treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding by drug injection via micro-pump

Objective To investigate the efficacy of comfort care for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from our hospital from May,2012 to May,2013 and then were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 cases for each group.Comfort care was implemented in the observation group during hospitalization,and routine care was implemented in the control group.The clinical efficacies and patients＇ satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results Mean bleeding times,hemostatic time and hospitalization time of the observation group were all lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences（P ＜ 0.05）.The observation group had higher nursing care satisfaction than the control group,with a statistical difference（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Comfort care can improve the clinical treatment efficacy of the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and their satisfaction and is worth being clinically generalized.
