狗胚胎小脑组织移植修复脊髓横断的实验研究

摘    要:本实验用狗胚胎小脑组织移植,修复脊髓横断损伤,获得如下结果:1.胚胎小脑组织移植,有抑制瘢痕组织生长、保存及促进脊髓组织再生的作用;2.保全血管或尽量减少血管损伤,是治疗修复脊髓损伤的重要条件;3.保存损伤脊髓的残存纤维联系,既或是微小的联系,对恢复脊髓的功能也是重要的。

Abstract:Using cmbryclogical tissue of cerebellum to repair the transection of spinal cord in dogs, the results are as follows. 1. The transplantation of embryolcgical tissue of cerebellum plays a role in inhibition of the growth of cicatrical tissue, facilitation and preservation of tee regeneration of spinal cerd. 2. It is very important for the repair of the transection of spinal cord to keep the blood vessels intact and avoid any damage of the vessels to a great extent. 3. It is also significant for the restoration of the function of spinal cord to preserve the residual fibers of the damaged spinal cord.
