| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨眶颧骨折的修复时机和方法.方法 本组43例患者,其中41例在受伤早期行切开复位和内固定,根据不同伤情选择不同的手术入路和相应的固定点.结果 伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后6个月～ 1年随访,骨折愈合良好,外观及功能恢复满意.结论 眶颧骨折应在伤后早期复位和坚强固定.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the time and method for the reconstruction of the orbitozygomatic fracture. Methods Forty-one patients accepted open reduction and rigid internal fixation in one-stage after the accidents. We chose different operation approaches and fixation methods according to the injuries. Results The postoperative results of all the cases were satisfactory. Follow-up 6 to 12 months, no complications were found. Conclution The fracture of the orbit-zygoma should be reconstructed in one-stage. |
