CO2激光联合ALA光动力疗法治疗肛周复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

目的：探讨CO2激光联合ALA光动力疗法治疗肛周复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：肛周复发尖锐湿疣患者46例，随机分为2组。治疗组为CO2激光联合ALA光动力，先用CO2激光祛除疣体，再采用光动力激光治疗仪对患处行照光治疗，每周一次，连续3次；对照组为CO2激光治疗组，以目视下疣体完全清除。治疗后第1周进行疗效评价，在治疗后3个月内对患者进行随访以评价复发率。结果：两组患者治疗后疣体均完全消失；治疗组复发率为19％，对照组复发率为65％，安全性好。结论：CO2激光联合ALA光动力疗法治疗肛周复发性尖锐湿疣安全有效，能降低复发率。

Clinical observation of CO2 laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy for recurrent perianal Condyloma Acuminatum

AIM. To investigate the efficacy of CO2 laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy for recurrent perianal Condyloma Acu- minatum. METHODS： Forty-six patients with perianal Condyloma Acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group for the CO2 laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT）, first with CO2 laser dispel wart body, exposing out photodynamic laser treatment, once a week for three consecutive times~ control group for group, visually the wart the C02 laser treatment was completely cleared. One week after the treatment for efficacy evalua- tion, all patients were followed up to evaluatethe recurrence rate within 3 months after treat- ment. RESULTS： After treatment, the warts were completely disappear, the recurrence rate of experimental group 19%,65%, respectively. and control group was CONCLUSION. CO2 la- ser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy for recurrent perianal Condyloma Acuminatum is safely and effectively, can reduce the relapse rate.
